Struthers Wells (Employer) petitions for review from an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that reversed the decision of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) that granted its Modification/Suspension Petition. We affirm.

Charles Skinner (Claimant) sustained an injury to his back in the course and scope of his employment in 1989. In 2004, Employer filed a Modification/Suspension Petition alleging that Claimant was released to sedentary work in regard to his work-related injury.
