James Sheehan (Claimant) files a Petition for Review appealing an Order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming a Referee’s Decision granting the Petition for Suspension (Suspension Petition) of Supermarkets General (Employer).. On May 8, 1985, Claimant, while working in the course of his employment as a grocery clerk with the Employer, injured his back for which he received workmen’s compensation benefits.
