Plaintiff-appellant United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company (“USF&G”) appeals from a judgment of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, declaring that USF&G is obligated under the terms of eleven general liability insurance policies it issued to St. Elizabeth Medical Center (“SEMC” or “the hospital”) to defend or indemnify SEMC for negligent credentialing claims brought against the hospital by seventeen former patients of Dr. James C.
