DONOVAN, Judge:

After losing several pretrial motions, appellant pleaded guilty before a general court-martial military judge to one unauthorized absence and an assault with intent to commit rape, violations of Articles 86 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C.A. §§ 886, 934. He was sentenced 21 September 1978 by officer members to a dishonorable discharge, confinement at hard labor for 5 years and forfeitures of $350.00 per month for 60 months.
