EVERETT, Chief Judge:
Appellant’s guilty pleas led to his conviction by general court-martial of unauthorized absence and assault with intent to rape, in violation of Articles 86 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 886 and 934, respectively. Thereafter, the officer members sentenced appellant to a dishonorable discharge, confinement at hard labor for 5 years, and forfeiture of $350 pay per month for 60 months.
