This cause came on to be heard upon an appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County, Ohio.

Appellant John W. Brauning has taken the instant appeal from the entry of summary judgment for appellees the Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company (“CG&E”) and the city of Sharonville (“Sharonville”) on appellant’s complaint seeking damages for personal injuries sustained when a metal light pole that appellant and his employer were resetting in Sharonville came into contact with electrical power lines erected and maintained by CG&E.
