Hopkins, J.:

The action was one by the parents and sister of Harold Young, deceased, to recover under the workmen’s compensation act. The plaintiffs prevailed in part and plaintiffs and defendant appeal.

*629Harold Young was employed by defendant as an elevator man. He had been in such employ something more than a year, during which time his compensation was $1,451. He was injured April 30, 1925, by a piece of the sheave wheel of a car-pulling apparatus breaking loose from its anchor and striking him in the back of the head. He died almost instantly from…
