This was an action for workmen’s compensation. The commissioner of workmen’s compensation made an award of compensation to the claimant. On appeal, this was approved by the district court. The respondent appeals.
At the outset, it should be noted that the claimant is Anna Spurgin and the respondents are her husband, H. C. Spurgin, who is owner of the Spurgin Service Parts Company at Arkansas City, and the Hardware Mutual Casualty Company, which carries the compensation insurance for the Spurgin Service Parts Company.
