This was a compensation case and there are two law points involved in the appeal: (1) Whether the widow of the deceased workman had under the findings of the trial court abandoned her husband, as intended by R. S. 1933 Supp. 44-508, and excluding' herself thereunder from being partially dependent; and (2) whether a married woman, a sister of the deceased, in very poor health, who had been largely supported by the deceased for two and one-half years, but had never been a member of his family, and had been separated from her husband for…
