The superior court of Cook county overruled a demurrer to a bill and supplemental bill of complaint to have declared unconstitutional the act of the General Assembly entitled “An act to provide for the formation and disbursement of a pension fund in counties having a population of 150,000 or more inhabitants, for the benefit of officers and employees in the service of such counties,” approved June 29, 1915.
