The People of the State of Illinois, ex rel. Judges Retirement System of Illinois, upon motion duly allowed by this court, filed its original petition for mandamus against Warren Wright, Treasurer of the State of Illinois, and as Treasurer of petitioner, to accept from the auditor of the State of Illinois a warrant in the sum of $75>5i9-38) the balance of the appropriation of the General Assembly for payment of judges’ pensions under the act of 1919.
