Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit

Decided January 2, 1986No. 84-2709PublishedCited by 196 opinions

1Opinion of the Court

McKAY, Circuit Judge.

Wallace Hooks appeals his conviction of possession with intent to distribute phency-clidine (PCP), a controlled substance. He challenges the sufficiency of the evidence and claims that certain remarks made by the prosecutor during closing arguments constitute plain error. Appellant also contends that the trial court’s failure to exclude certain prejudicial testimony on its own motion requires reversal of his conviction.
