Graham against the Coos Bay, Roseburg & Eastern Railroad & Navigation Company, a corporation, to recover the sum of $53,552.53, with interest, for salary as manager of the defendant company. The cause was tried by the court and jury, and a verdict rendered in favor of the defendant. Prom a judgment entered accordingly, plaintiff appeals.

1. Numerous errors are assigned as reasons for a reversal of tbe judgment. At tbe commencement of tbe trial tbe court precluded counsel for plaintiff from reading that portion of tbe complaint relating to tbe wrongful and unlawful acts of J. D. Sprechels & Bros. Company in taking possession and control of tbe company’s railroad property and business, and ejecting tbe plaintiff therefrom. This ruling is assigned as error. In a general way, however, this matter was referred to in tbe evidence and instructions to tbe jury, and we think sufficiently so to…
