ANDERSON, J., pro tem.
Laura Jane Carson of Sacramento County died testate on or about the eighth day of February, 1923, leaving her, surviving, Lawrence E. Carson, a husband, and Mrs. Emma Jane Chase, a daughter. Deceased was eighty years of age past. Her will was executed February 1, 1923, while she was ill with pneumonia. In this will Lawrence E. Carson, her husband, was named executor; a legacy of $10 was left to Emma J. Chase, a daughter; a legacy of $500 to Carrie Johnson, a niece, and the residue was left to the husband.
