This appeal involves two actions, one to set aside a will and the other to cancel a warranty deed. Both were commenced in the district court of Woodward county by Lester Canfield, Myrtle Canfield Brandt, C. V. Canfield, Bess Canfield, Ida May Canfield Van Dali and Marguerite Can-field Brucher, against Laura Canfield. The defendant is the wife of C. N. Canfield, who died testate in Woodward county May 14, 1929. The plaintiffs are the children of C. N. Canfield by two former marriages.
