THE COURT.
Plaintiff’s cause of action is based upon a real estate transaction. She alleges that the several defendants defrauded her in the sum of $12,500. Issue was joined and after a trial upon the merits the court made and entered its findings of fact and conclusions of law in favor of the plaintiff. Upon the entry of judgment the defendants, except Helen Doyle and Union Indemnity Company of Louisiana, a corporation, appealed. As to the last-named defendant the action was dismissed before trial.
