Ralph Neumann and William Neumann (collectively “Neumanns”), NIM Plastics Corporation (“NIMM”), and Chicago Title and Trust Co. as Trustee for Trust No. 1108824 (“Land Trust”) 1 sued Carlson Environmental, Inc. (“Carlson”) for consumer fraud (Count V), breach of contract (Count VI), negligence (Count VII), and negligent misrepresentation (Count VIII).
