Petitioner National Labor Relations Board filed its complaint in this court against defendant Mayco on April 23, 1979, asking that this court grant interim relief under § 10(j) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 160(j). On May 29, 1979, the parties stipulated that there is reasonable cause for this court to believe that certain acts occurred which constitute unfair labor practices.
