Plaintiff appeals from a judgment for defendant non obstante veredicto entered in an action against the Township of Manor, in Armstrong County, to recover damages for injuries sustained by reason of alleged negligence of that township in failing to keep a public bridge, known locally as the Keener Bridge, a part of the Garrett Run Road, in good repair and condition for safe travel.
