Richard Peterson is an inmate in a state correctional center. The attorney general filed a petition against Peterson for incarceration reimbursement pursuant to the Missouri Incarceration Reimbursement Act (MIRA), section 217.825 et seq. 1 The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of the state.
