In this appeal, a class of asbestos-injured plaintiffs (appellants) question the Circuit Court for Baltimore City’s interpretation of a post-settlement communication by appellees, its impact on the arbitration clause in the settlement agreement, and the court’s finding that arbitration is the proper forum for resolution of the underlying dispute.
