In Case Handyman & Remodeling Servs., LLC v. Schuele, 183 Md.App. 44, 62, 959 A.2d 833, vacated on other grounds, Schuele v. Case Handyman & Remodeling Servs., LLC, 412 Md. 555, 567, 989 A.2d 210 (2010), 1 we held that principles of estoppel permitted a non-signatory to a contract with a mandatory arbitration provision to enforce the arbitration clause against a signatory to the agreement “when the signatory’s claims rely on the written agreement.n” Id.
