This is an action for recovery of damages for injuries sustained by plaintiff, William Globig, Jr., in a fall in building No. 3 at Badger Village Housing Project, Badger Ordnance Plant, near Baraboo, Wisconsin, on August 28, 1953, allegedly resulting from the negligence of defendants Greene & Gust Co. and Burton Plumbing-Heating Co., Inc., in violating the safe place statute, Section 101.06 Wis.Stats. Jurisdiction over the principal action is based on diversity of citizenship, Section 1332, Title 28 U.S.C.A. The amount in controversy exceeds $10,000 exclusive of interest…
