“Suit by the appellants against the appellees-.. The facts as alleged in the complaint, which consists of two* paragraphs, and amendments, thereto, are, in, substance, as follows: that Sloan was largely indebted to> the plaintiffs and; others, and was at the same time the owner of valuable real estate; that ju dgments were recovered by some of his creditors, other than these plaintiffs, in the United States Circuit Court, on one of which Daniel Yandes became replevin Ball for Sloan.
