Bill in chancery by Alexander Irwin and Charlotte, his wife, James Williams and Maria, his wife, Mahala Gahagan, Eliza Ivers, Thomas Ivers and Virginia Eye, against William Ivers and Samuel Ivers; the said Charlotte, Maria, Mahala, Eliza, Thomas, Virginia, William and Samuel being the children and heirs at law of Richard Ivers and Deborah, his wife, who died in the year 1836.
