MEMORANDUM OF OPINION

RENFREW, District Judge.

On April 1,1977, after being found guilty by the Court of importation of marihuana, 21 U.S.C. § 952(a), possession of marihuana with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), conspiracy to import marihuana, 21 U.S.C. § 963, and conspiracy to possess marihuana with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 846, defendant Frank D. Stanley was sentenced to the custody of the Attorney General for four years with a special parole term of three years on each count, to run concurrently.
