PUDLOWSKI, Judge.

Andrew Bell, (Bell), appeals from the judgment entered denying his Rule 24.035 motion without an evidentiary hearing. We reverse and remand for an evidentiary hearing.

On December 13, 1994, Bell pleaded guilty to second degree murder, three counts of first degree assault, and three counts of armed criminal action in connection with an automobile collision that resulted in the death of one person and serious physical injury to three other people. On April 21, 1995, the trial court sentenced Bell to four concurrent terms of twenty years of imprisonment for second degree murder…
