BOOTLE, District Judge.
This is an action for patent infringement. Plaintiff Simpson J. Adams is the former owner and patentee of the Simpson J. Adams patent No. 2754653 issued July 17, 1956, entitled “Stop Motion Devices” ; plaintiffs Simpson J. Adams and Myrtle R. Adams are owners of said patent as trustees for Montez Adams Walker, Ruby Adams Deal and Simpson J. Adams; and plaintiff Adams, Inc. is the sole licensee under said patent.
