SULLIVAN, Chief Judge:
On April 30, and May 1 and 2, 1990, appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members at Fort Dix, New Jersey. Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted of rape; larceny; two specifications of assault; adultery; and engaging in conduct of a nature to bring discredit upon the Armed Forces, in violation of Articles 120, 121, 128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 920, 921, 928, and 934, respectively.
