This is an appeal from an order sustaining defendant’s demurrer to the first and second causes of action pleaded in plaintiff’s petition.
Burton Dicks, plaintiff below, sued the Clarence L. Boyd Co., Inc., a corporation, to recover a money judgment for an alleged breach of an oral contract of employment.
