This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff-broker awarding it the balance due on an agreed commission. The principal issue on appeal is the propriety of that award.
The pertinent facts at the time this suit was brought, as they relate to this appeal, are as follows. Plaintiff-appellee, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, was an Arizona corporation duly licensed and authorized to act as a real estate broker.
