WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.

Glenn Brown appeals from the judgment entered by the district court 1 upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of possession with intent to distribute phencyclidine, of conspiring to possess with intent to distribute phencyclidine, and of being a felon in possession of a firearm. We affirm.

I. BACKGROUND

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) discovered that a package containing a gallon of phencyclidine (PCP), a con trolled substance, was to be delivered to one Jimmy Jones by Federal Express. An FBI undercover agent made the delivery at the address on the package, which…
