James 0. Williams, Jr. appeals his conviction under 18 U.S.C. §§ 371, 1708 and 2314 (1988) on five related counts, including theft of mail and the receipt and transportation of stolen mail in furtherance of a fraudulent check-cashing scheme. In challenging his conviction, Williams contends the Government’s introduction of undisclosed photographs unduly prejudiced his defense.
