MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

BUCHWALD, District Judge.

Plaintiff, J. Craig Marley (“Marley”), a former employee of the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum (“Cooper-Hewitt”), brought this suit against Juliette Ibelli (“Ibelli”) and Cordelia Rose (“Rose”), his former co-workers, in the Supreme Court of New York. In his complaint, he alleges the four common law tort claims of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and tortious interference with a .contract.
