Stefani Miotto (“Miotto”) alleges that while she was a student at the Saunders Trades and Technical High School (“Saunders”) in Yonkers, New York, she was sexually harassed by her teacher, defendant Greg A. Westhoff (“Westhoff’). She brings the present action against Westhoff; and against the Yonkers City School District (“the District”); Bernard P.
