OPINION

WOLFSON, District Judge:

Presently before the Court is a motion by Defendant Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc. (“J & J” or “Defendant”) to dismiss Plaintiffs Complaint for failure to state a claim pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) and to dismiss certain allegations pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(1) for lack of standing. The instant motion arises out of an Amended Complaint filed by Plaintiff Caryn Lieberson (“Lieberson” or “Plaintiff’) on behalf of herself and a putative class alleging violations of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, N.J.S.A. § 56:8-1 et seq.
