This is a workmen’s compensation case. The referee awarded compensation and on appeal the Workmen’s Compensation Board affirmed the findings and award. The lower court reversed the findings and award of the hoard and entered judgment for the defendant. From said judgment this appeal was taken by claimant.

Lillian Haley, widow of W. E. Haley, claimed compensation from the City of Philadelphia as a result of her husband’s death. It is claimed by defendant that the injury suffered was not in the course of employment and that is the sole question involved in this appeal.…
