Edward Nilsson died on July 31, 1936, as the result of an accident which occurred three days before in the course of his employment. As there was a dispute as to which of two employers of the deceased was liable for the payment of the workmen’s compensation claimed by the widow on her own behalf and on behalf of their children, she, as a precaution, filed claims against Nepi Brothers and Dalton Brothers.
