The question raised by these appeals is whether the appellants-employes were engaged in the furtherance of their employer’s business at the-time of the accident: Cf. Act of June 2, 1915, P. L. 736, as amended by the Act of June 21, 1939, P. L. 520, 77 PS, 411. If they were, their injuries are compensable tinder the Pennsylvania Workmen’s Compensation Act; and the common law action cannot be maintained. .
