This suit was brought by the Gross Construction Company against George H. Hales to recover a judgment for the balance claimed to be due it upon a certain building contract, for the construction of a building upon lots 10 and 11, block 7, in Oklahoma. City, amounting, as alleged, to $3,192.11. Tlirsch and Kauffman were made parties because they had become interested in the property since the transaction in controversy.
