This case presents error from the county court of Okmulgee county, and is an action of .forcible entry and detainer brought by the plaintiffs in error, plaintiffs below, ■against defendants in error, defendants below, before a justice of the peace in Okmulgee county, to recover the possession of a tract of land described as the northeast one-quarter of section 35, township 13 N., range 14 E., situate in said county. The trial before the justice resulted in a judgment for the defendants, and the plaintiffs appealed to the county court. A. trial was entered upon in the county…
