The above-entitled action, Luvada, R. Lewis v. Southern California Edison Company and Harry Plotz, was an action brought by appellants for the wrongful death of Henry E. Lewis, husband of Luvada R. Lewis and father of Mary Lewis. The action entitled ‘ ‘ City of Los Angeles v. Southern California Edison Company and Harry Plotz” was an action brought by the City of Los Angeles against respondents under the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Law to recover a lien on any judgment rendered in favor of appellants Luvada R.
