Plaintiff Sarah E. King brought this action alleging that the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records (“AFBCMR” or “Correction Board”) acted arbitrarily, capriciously, contrary to law, or without the support of substantial evidence, when it reconsidered its correction of retired Air Force Master Sergeant (“MSgt.”) Henry J. King’s military records. The AFBCMR had initially determined that the records should reflect that MSgt.
