The plaintiffs A. L. Du Val and Amelia E. Du Val brought this action in ejectment against Leora Miller to recover the strip of land described in the com plaint extending east and west a distance of 280.5 feet, being 7.20 feet wide at the west end and 4.05 feet at the east end. The trial court by stipulation of the parties tried the case without a jury and entered judgment for the plaintiffs. Defendant appeals.
