This is an appeal from a judgment in a certiorari proceeding wherein the superior court of Maricopa county affirmed an order of the Board of Medical Examiners of Arizona revoking the license of Claude Emerson Du Vail to practice medicine in Arizona. The charges against Du Vail, and on which the revocation of the medical board was based, were as follows:
