This proceeding was commenced in this court for the purpose of having the name of the accused stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors of this court, and his license revoked, or to have him suspended from practice for such time as shall seem j ust. A verified accusation was presented to the court by A. B. Kittredge, Esq., and C. G.
