This was an action by the Fidelity Trust Company against Solon Bracken and others to recover on a promissory note. The note in question was executed by the makers as a part payment for a certain Perdieron stallion, which the makers of the note had purchased from McLaughlin Bros, at an agreed price of $3,600; the note being as follows: $1,200.00.
