Defendant Prime Computer, Inc. (“Prime”) appeals the district court’s denial, of its motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict (“j.n.o.v.”) or a new trial following a jury’s general verdict in favor of plaintiff Virtual Maintenance, Inc. (“Virtual”) in this antitrust action. The jury found that Prime’s sale of certain computer software support services in conjunction with computer hardware maintenance for Prime’s 50 Series minicomputers amounted to an illegal tying arrangement in violation of section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1.
