The sole issue in this certified appeal is whether the Appellate Court properly dismissed for lack of a final judgment the defendant’s appeal from the trial *382court order precluding the parties to this underlying custody action from filing any motions regarding custody or visitation “for a period not less than one year.” The pertinent facts in this case are simple and undisputed.
