This is an appeal by defendant in a bill for discovery in aid of a proceeding at law from a final decree directing it to make discovery and to specifically answer the interrogatories attached to plaintiff’s bill.

The bill alleges that plaintiff is trustee of the Keystone Tractor & Implement Company,, a bankrupt; that he caused a summons in trespass to be issued against defendant because of the removal by the latter of certain personal property owned by the bankrupt from the bankrupt’s stores without its consent; and that he was unable to file a statement of claim…
